Job summary

You'll build pipelines through industry associations, schools, and community partners, source passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to deliver qualified slates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent-sourcing experience.
• Experience filling hard-to-source technical or skilled-trade roles.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites and to events.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Source passive candidates for technical, business, and leadership roles across sites.
• Build and maintain talent pools and candidate maps by discipline.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and market strategy.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact to offer.
