Job summary

Citadel Aviation is seeking a Talent Scout to own the enterprise recruitment strategy and proactively identify top talent across all sites, from entry-level to executive leadership. You will engage with industry networks, schools, and community partners, building pipelines ahead of demand.

You will partner with HR and site leaders to align sourcing with workload and headcount plans, ensuring discreet handling of senior searches and a strong candidate experience across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Recruiting experience in aviation, MRO, or comparable skilled trades environment.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent-sourcing experience.
• Proven track record filling hard-to-source technical or skilled-trade roles and corporate positions.
• Ability to build relationships with schools, associations, and community organizations.
• Advanced sourcing skills and proficiency with ATS and MS Office.
• Ability to travel regularly between sites and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage passive candidates across sites and functions.
• Build talent pools by discipline including aviation and business roles.
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications and cultural fit; brief hiring managers.
• Run confidential searches for leadership roles and manage processes discreetly.
• Partner with leadership to define role requirements and market positioning.
• Maintain candidate records and report recruiting metrics.
