Required are 5–7 years in business modeling, requirements management, and analysis with aviation experience preferred; strong Agile/Lean knowledge and excellent communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Interview business users to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs.
• Lead in project management phases for changes to applications.
• Provide end user support and training as required.
• Coordinate IT applications and supporting business processes per IT specs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business units to evaluate whether new applications meet priorities and objectives
• End user support and training as required
