This role emphasizes collaboration with business units and PM organizations to ensure alignment with priorities. The position requires strong analytical skills, experience in Agile/Lean methods, and the ability to train end users on new systems.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in business modeling, requirements management, analysis and design
• Aviation experience preferred
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Experience with Agile Methodology and Lean Software Development
• Ability to document processes and coordinate with PM organizations on project phases
• Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple analysts
• Strong facilitation skills for discussions at all levels
• Ability to train users on new systems
• Thorough knowledge of Agile and Lean
• Thorough knowledge of IT Change Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Interview business users to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
• Evaluate proposed changes to applications to identify potential adverse impact across sites
• Lead in applicable phases of project management involving changes to existing and/or new applications
• Coordinate the development of IT applications and supporting business processes according to IT specifications
• Meet with business units to evaluate whether new applications and processes meet priorities and objectives
• Provide end user support and training as required
