Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee inventory, procurement, and cross-site coordination for the Innovation Department across Greensburg, Bowie, and Yuma.

The role includes supporting engineering resources and ensuring timely material delivery. The position emphasizes hands-on shop support, testing assistance, and collaboration with leadership to plan for future staffing and operational needs as production grows.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Aviation experience, preferably with Unmanned Aerial Systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working around technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory supporting the Innovation Department at multiple facilities.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment, obtain quotes, and track orders.
• Coordinate purchasing and material requirements across Greensburg, Bowie, and Yuma.
• Assist leadership in aligning purchasing priorities with production schedules.
• Provide hands-on shop and field support as workload permits.
• Support prototype testing and flight test activities.
