Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Supply Chain & Operations Manager to oversee inventory management, procurement, and cross-site coordination for the Innovation Department across Greensburg, PA; Bowie, MD; and Yuma, AZ.

This full-time role requires travel between sites and collaboration with engineering and project teams. Responsibilities include managing inventory, vendor management, and aligning purchasing with upcoming production needs, while supporting hands-on shop

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
• Aviation experience, preferably with unmanned aerial systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort around technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory supporting the Innovation Department at multiple facilities.
• Coordinate procurement with vendors; obtain quotes and place purchase requests.
• Coordinate purchasing across Greensburg, Bowie, and Yuma sites.
• Assist leadership in planning production schedules and staffing needs.
• Provide hands-on shop and field support as workload permits.
• Support prototype assembly, aircraft/mechanical assembly, and testing activities.
