Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Aircraft Structures Mechanic experience.
• 3+ years reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Ability to drill to tight tolerances (±0.003 in) and measure precisely (±0.003).
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Use jigs, repair equipment, and tooling to fit components per blueprints.
• Identify fasteners and hardware types used in assemblies.
• Read blueprints, datasheets, and work orders accurately.
• Fabricate, trim, drill, deburr, and assemble metallic and composite parts.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance for KC-135 Fan Duct work.
• Maintain records and safety/quality standards.
