Job summary

Boeing Aerospace Operations in Jacksonville, FL is seeking Aviation Maintenance Structures Technicians (Associate Level) to support KC-135 Fan Duct and other military aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced MRO environment focused on first-time quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires reading blueprints and manuals, using fixed tooling, performing precision drilling and measurements, and documenting work packages with program leads.

Qualifications

• Requires skilled aircraft maintenance professionals.
• Familiar with blueprints, process data sheets and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to perform precision drilling and measurement on metallic and composite structures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, data sheets, maintenance manuals and work orders.
• Identify fastener types and select correct cutting tools.
• Demonstrate close tolerance drilling and precise measurement to tight specs.
• Fabricate, locate, trim, drill/ream and assemble metallic and composite components.
• Perform structural repairs and modifications on KC-135 Fan Duct and related components.
• Ensure documentation and handovers are completed on time.
