Job summary
Ascent Aviation Services is seeking a Structures Supervisor to oversee aircraft modification and repair while ensuring FAA compliance and safety. You will coach staff, manage schedules, and coordinate with departments to meet customer requirements.
The role requires a license or repairman’s certificate and 5+ years in structural repair with supervisory experience; flexibility to work across Marana and Tucson locations is a plus.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary training preferred.
- 5+ years in aircraft structural repair with supervisory experience.
- License or Repairman’s certificate required.
- Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and service bulletins.
Responsibilities
- Oversee aircraft modification/repair to meet FAA/regulatory standards.
- Monitor performance, coach staff, and conduct evaluations.
- Coordinate across departments and obtain customer approvals.
- Maintain records, ensure paperwork compliance, and safety adherence.
