AerSale, Inc. in Goodyear, AZ, seeks a Structures Technician to complete FAA-approved training and hands-on aircraft structure work. You will learn sealant application, fastener methods, and sheet metal work under a structured program with potential Lead supervision transitions.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 0–3 years of relevant experience; opportunities exist to advance to Repairman or A&P credentials as you progress.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Prior aircraft structures experience 0–3 years.
• Military experience or aviation authority letter accepted.
• May obtain Repairman’s Certificate, A, or A&P.

Responsabilidades

• Follow directions from trainer and perform on-the-job tasks.
• Work independently using the QC process to verify work.
• Perform work in accordance with approved FAA data.
• Ensure complete and proper documentation of work.
• Maintain airworthy structures and tidy repair station.
• Complete OJT forms and submit daily.
• Possibly obtain Repairman’s Certificate or A&P cert.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
