Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and 2 years of related structural assembly experience.
• Experience with Solumina and Smarteam is preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow work orders and specs.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform assembly and fitting of parts and structures; rivet as required.
• Read work orders and blueprints to determine sequence and hole patterns.
• Maintain logs and records (MIR sheets, DMTs, PCOs, etc.).
• Align parts with jigs and fixtures; perform repairs per DMT/MRR/PCO as needed.
• Ensure clean, safe work area and comply with 5S and safety regs.
• Work shifts and lift up to 50 lbs; read, write, and understand English.
