Menzies Aviation is seeking a seasoned General Manager for our Alcoa, TN station. You will lead the Station with a strong focus on Safety, Security, Quality, Training, and compliance, while steering budget, staffing, and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Extensive leadership and people management experience.
• Experience in business development, sales and commercial negotiation & pricing.
• Senior management experience with strong governance and financial oversight.
• Ability to operate in complex, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for safety and well‑being of MA staff and running the station.
• Ensure adherence to MA Safety, Security, Quality and Training policies and relevant regulations.
• Lead senior team to maintain safety systems, risk assessments, and audits.
• Provide feedback to employees and oversee safety briefings and communications.
• Participate in development of station budgets and staffing plans.
• Ensure proper inventory, asset management, and vendor payments.
• Drive financial performance and governance compliance for the station.
• Interact with customers to promote the station and gauge satisfaction.
