Job summary

Skyryse seeks an Associate Social Media Content Creator to join the Design team and manage Skyryse's social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube. You will craft copy, video, and photography, shaping content from flight tests, prototypes, and milestones.

The role reports to the Director of Design, partners with Communications and the CEO, and is full-time onsite in El Segundo, CA, with travel to Camarillo and Hawthorne hangars in Southern California.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related field.
• Experience running social media channels for a brand, organization, or yourself with a track record of consistent content generation.
• Fluency with LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and YouTube, and an understanding of what performs natively on each.
• Experience capturing and editing short-form video and photography for social platforms.
• Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Lightroom.
• Experience creating content in live, uncontrolled environments.
• Strong writing skills for short-form copy, captions, and hooks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day content planning, development, and publishing for Skyryse's social channels.
• Build and maintain a content calendar across public and internal channels.
• Create content for social, including copy, video, and photography.
• Capture flight tests, prototypes, milestones and turn into assets for audiences.
• Draft posts, captions, and on-screen text with Communications.
