Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from ABET-accredited program.
PE license.
6+ years of related experience with site civil design and permitting.
Deep working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Experience with drainage, grading and utilities.
Experience with due diligence, permitting, and jurisdictional coordination.
Experience with task management, design and project management tasks.
Managing budgets and developing project schedules.
Strong written and oral communication with clients and staff.
Some travel required (approximately 10%).

Lead and manage design.
Serve Garver airports nationwide on landside civil projects valued up to $100 million.
Manage multiple projects.
Coordinate with clients and other disciplines and jurisdictions.
Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
