Job summary

Garver is seeking an Aviation Senior Site Civil Project Manager to lead landside aviation projects nationwide from Frisco, TX. You will oversee design teams, manage budgets, and coordinate with clients and regulators to deliver complete construction documents and viable solutions.

The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited civil engineering degree, and 10+ years in site civil design, permitting, and project management, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Travel ~10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program and a PE license.
• 10+ years of site civil design, permitting, and related experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and drainage/utility design.
• Experience with project management, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landside civil aviation projects for Garver airports nationwide with large-scale construction values.
• Lead design teams, mentor engineers, and manage multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards while communicating with clients and stakeholders.
• Direct task management from concept through design and project delivery.
