Garver Aviation is seeking a Senior Site Civil Project Manager to oversee landside civil aviation design and manage airport projects nationwide. You will lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complete design packages including drawings, specs, cost estimates, and narratives.

The role requires a ABET‑accredited Civil Engineering degree, a PE license, 10+ years of site civil experience, and strong AutoCAD Civil 3D skills. Travel ~10%; relocation optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 10+ years of site civil design and permitting experience.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D for design and coordination.
• Experience with drainage, grading, and utilities.
• Due diligence, permitting, and jurisdictional coordination experience.
• Experience with task management, concept, design, and project management tasks.
• Managing multiple project portfolios and teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Travel approximately 10% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landside civil aviation projects nationwide with values up to $100 million.
• Mentor and support a team of project engineers.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and schedules across projects.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
