Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services in Marana, AZ is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk. The role supports logistics and reclamations by managing aircraft materials with accuracy and care, across 24/7 shifts.

You will handle parts in accordance with FAA regulations, perform data entry, verify documents, and prepare shipments for customers. The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and forklift experience with certification potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Forklift experience and the ability to become company certified.
• Previous Shipping & Receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, controls, separates, and maintains all incoming parts under FAA receiving and shipping regulations.
• Perform accurate data entry for all parts based on process tags.
• Verify materials against invoices or packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and review shipments for outside sales customers.
• Uphold company policies and standard operating procedures.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
