Wipaire, Inc. is seeking Fabricator roles on 1st shift (4/10 schedule: Mon-Thu, 6:30 am–5:00 pm) in Minnesota. The position involves assembling and fabricating aircraft floats, with no welding required.

Responsibilities include cutting, fitting, inspecting parts, and maintaining ERP records, following FAA requirements. Experience in basic fabrication is preferred, with growth into senior roles offering advanced tasks and increased responsibility.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Senior level may require a technical diploma.
• Experience in assembly and fabrication is preferred; senior level requires 3+ years in related work.
• Proficiency with hand tools and metal shop tasks.

Mansioni

• Perform simple fabrication and assemblies under guidance.
• Form material to blueprint specifications and sample parts.
• Operate equipment and use hand tools to manufacture parts.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and defects.
• Record time in ERP and sign off work orders.
• Follow FAA regulations and company procedures.
