Job summary

Gulfstream is seeking a Service Center Coordinator (SCC) to liaison with customers from contract signing through post-delivery. You will coordinate projects, maintain communication, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing schedules, parts, and vendor interactions.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of Project Leadership or Management, aviation experience, and SAP familiarity, with a willingness to work beyond standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Heavy customer interaction required; experience in this field a must.
• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Science or related field; 3 years project leadership experience with 2 aviation years; or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain direct contact with customers, coordinating and informing throughout the project.
• Provide formal communication to customers and Gulfstream management for each project.
• Manage work orders, invoices, and apply policy; assist with forecasting and project financials.
• Plan visits to ensure parts, drawings, CMP packages, and support are ready.
• Coordinate with program office for fleet retrofit programs and vendor services.
• Ensure post-departure customer experience and manage delivery reports.
