Hillsboro Aviation is seeking a Service Center Coordinator to support the service center team with administrative duties, quotes, work packages, and invoices across maintenance and avionics. You will handle customer communications, SOP development, CRM upkeep, and email marketing initiatives.

The role acts as the glue between maintenance, avionics, parts, FBO, and sales, reporting to the Service Center Manager. A focused, organized professional will thrive in a busy shop environment.

Qualificações

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience writing quotes.
• Experience in a retail shop environment.
• Unrestricted driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative support to service center managers.
• Prepare quotes, work packages, and invoices for maintenance and avionics.
• Research ADs, SBs, and maintenance logs for scheduled aircraft.
• Maintain CRM databases and develop email marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with accounting for accurate billings and deposits.
• Support HubSpot functionality and cross‑divisional communication.
