Primary Duties

Perform system integration and synchronization/operations support for DOTMLPF-P efforts with HQDA, T2COM Commands, and FCC counterparts.

Assess future force synchronization charts and synchronize Army Aviation modernization efforts.

Support planning, prioritization, management, integration, and administration across the Directorate.

Coordinate and integrate Directorate responses and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Advise ACM/CEAD Directors and synchronize modernization plans across the Army Aviation Enterprise aligned with the Army Modernization Strategy.

Minimum / Preferred Qualifications

In-depth understanding of integrated scheduling processes.

Working knowledge of Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) phases.

Ability to coordinate across HQDA, T2COM, FCC, A-FCD, and Army Aviation Enterprise stakeholders.

Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to produce senior-level synchronization, planning, and decision-support products.

TS/SCI clearance required according to the submitted position description.
