Job summary

JANUS Research Group provides Army Aviation modernization integration synchronization and operations support across DOTMLPF-P efforts with HQDA T2COM Commands FCC counterparts and A FCD leadership. The role requires active TSSCI clearance and coordination with senior stakeholders to align modernization plans and deliver synchronization products.

The candidate will support planning prioritization and administration, develop synchronization charts, and prepare directorate responses for IPTs,

Qualifications

• In depth understanding of integrated scheduling processes.
• Working knowledge of Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution PPBE phases.
• Ability to coordinate across HQDA T2COM FCC A FCD and Army Aviation Enterprise stakeholders.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to produce senior level synchronization planning and decision support products.
• TSSCI clearance required according to the submitted position description.

Position Summary

• Assess future force synchronization charts and synchronize Army Aviation modernization efforts
• Support planning prioritization management integration and administration across the Directorate
• Coordinate and integrate Directorate responses and participate in Integrated Product Teams IPTs
• Advise ACMCEAD Directors and synchronize modernization plans across the Army Aviation Enterprise aligned with the Army Modernization Strategy
