Job summary

Global Elite Group in Denver, CO is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist to support Training, QA and Compliance functions at DEN airport locations. You will conduct QA inspections, post observations, testing, and coaching to close performance gaps and ensure adherence to TSA and airport regulations.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years in security or related fields, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage licenses, audits, and field

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years experience in security, loss prevention, or a closely related field.
• Ability to obtain an Airport SIDA badge requiring a background check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality assurance inspections, observations, and performance assessments of employees at DEN.
• Evaluate employee compliance with client, company and TSA regulations.
• Perform covert testing and audits to verify consistency and compliance.
• Provide coaching and corrective instruction when deficiencies are identified.
• Track and communicate QA findings, coaching, actions, and trends.
• Coordinate with Operations, Training, and HR leadership to improve performance.
• Maintain TSA regulations knowledge and up-to-date company policies.
