Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a proactive Compliance & QA Specialist to support Training, Quality Assurance, and Compliance teams at DEN. You will conduct QA assessments, post observations, testing, and coaching to close performance gaps and ensure duties align with TSA and airport regulations.

The role focuses on ensuring proper procedures, timely corrective actions, and adherence to client expectations while maintaining meticulous training records and reporting across airport locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in security, loss prevention, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance inspections, observations, and performance assessments of employees at DEN.
• Evaluate employee compliance with all client, company and TSA regulations.
• Provide coaching and corrective instruction when deficiencies are identified.
• Track, document, and communicate QA findings, coaching activities, corrective actions, and improvement trends.
• Maintain current knowledge of TSA regulations, airport security requirements, post orders, and company policies.
