Job summary

Global Elite Group is seeking a proactive Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement employee training within our airport security operations. The role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous recordkeeping, and collaboration with subject matter experts to drive growth and safety.

You will manage training calendars, materials, and assessments, ensuring sessions run smoothly and meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training coordination, program development, or related role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and organize initial, recurrent and remedial training sessions in airport security operations.
• Maintain and update training calendars and communicate sessions to participants.
• Develop and manage training materials with subject matter experts.
• Track and evaluate training programs using surveys, feedback, and metrics.
• Maintain accurate training records in LMS or other platforms.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
