The role supervises daily security operations, coordinates Security Agents and ensures coverage, while liaising with airline customers, TSA and other authorities. • Liaison with airline customers, TSA and government authorities.
• Maintain security-related records and audits.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign Security Agents to ensure proper coverage.
• Serve as liaison for Local Airline Customers, Host Catering units, TSA and other authorities.
• Maintains all security related records as indicated by authorities and customers.
• Performs regular audits of employee performance in line with ACTS policies.
• Ensures compliance with Government, Customer, Airlines and local requirements.
• Provides training and orientation to employees.
