Job summary

gategroup is seeking a Security & Compliance Manager to lead local security and compliance programs in North America. You will report findings, coordinate with agencies, and drive corrective actions to prevent losses from theft, fraud, and other incidents.

Responsibilities include investigations into TSA/DOT/CBP matters, security policy enforcement, and driver compliance. Travel up to 10% may be required, with a strong emphasis on interagency collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of violations of law, policy, or standards and report findings.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and agencies when appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with TSA, DOT and U.S. Customs regulations and follow up with corrective actions.
• Assist with driver compliance management.
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
