Job summary

Airshare is seeking a Sales Associate to drive lead generation and outbound prospecting in aviation sales. You will qualify prospects, schedule meetings, and coordinate handoffs while documenting activity for VP Sales and Marketing collaboration.

The role requires 2+ years in aviation sales, CRM experience (Salesforce, Salesloft), and strong verbal/written communication. Travel may be necessary; a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills.
• Organized with consistent follow-up; travel may be necessary.
• 2+ years of aviation sales experience.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) and cold calling experience.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects, schedule meetings, coordinate handoffs, and document activity.
• Generate and prioritize qualified leads from approved sources and referrals.
• Execute personalized prospecting cadences across phone, email, LinkedIn and sales tools.
• Respond to inbound and self-generated leads and assess needs and fit.
• Maintain clean prospect records across Salesforce and Salesloft.
• Build territory-specific prospect lists and monitor engagement for timely follow-up.
• Develop knowledge of Airshare programs, pricing, aircraft, industry trends and competitors.
• Prepare cost analyses, proposals and client-facing materials.
• Use dashboards to manage lead aging, activity, and conversion progress.
• Support Marketing with regional events and campaign feedback.
• Represent Airshare professionally in all interactions; perform other duties as assigned.
