Alliance Ground International is seeking a Safety & Training Coordinator to ensure training is delivered consistently and to support station training efforts. You will liaise with insurers on risk control when the Regional Safety Manager is unavailable and help maintain injury/claims data for investigation.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a related operator role, strong communication, math aptitude and analytical skills, plus a valid driver’s license, passport, and ability to pass

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; safety/aviation certification preferred.
• US work authorization if located in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience performing similar tasks as an operator.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written; math aptitude and analytical abilities.
• Valid driver’s license, passport and ability to pass background checks.

Responsabilités

• Ensure training is performed consistently and is conducive to learning.
• Perform ad hoc station training as needed.
• Serve as liaison with insurer on pre- and post-loss control in absence of Regional Safety Manager.
• Maintain information on injury and liability claims and investigate as necessary.
• Perform statistical reporting and trend analysis at station level.
• Perform internal safety audits at station.
• Develop recommendations for policies and procedure manuals.
• Ensure station compliance with established safety policies and OSHA compliance.
