Job summary

Alliance Ground International seeks a Safety & Training Coordinator to foster a strong safety culture and oversee training program delivery across stations. You will ensure consistency, lead ad hoc sessions, and coordinate with carriers and insurance on risk controls.

Qualified candidates bring strong communication, math/analytical skills, and at least 1 year of related experience. Expect on-site work with on-the-job training and growth opportunities at AGI locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in safety or in aviation preferred.
• Experience: At least 1 year performing similar tasks as an operator.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Display math aptitude and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training is performed consistently and is conducive to learning.
• Perform ad hoc station training as needed.
• Serve as liaison with insurance company on pre- and post-loss control in absence of Regional Safety Manager.
• Maintain information on all injury and liability claims and investigate as necessary.
• Perform statistical reporting and trend analysis at station level.
• Perform internal safety audits at station.
• Develop recommendations for policies and procedure manuals.
• Ensure station compliance with safety policies and OSHA compliance.
