Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Director of Safety to lead Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management Systems for a growing aviation organization in Tempe, AZ.

The ideal candidate will have extensive FAA Part 135 knowledge, Air Medical experience preferred, and a proven track record in risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Safety Management, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of FAA Part 135 operations.
• Experience leading Safety Management Systems in an aviation environment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ANSI, FAA, CAMTS, IS-BAO and other regulatory standards.
• Understanding of Workers' Compensation laws and related case management.
