Job summary

Wencor Group seeks a program manager to oversee operational product safety under CFR 21.3 and CFR 145.221 for PMA and MRO activities. You will drive COS and FMD actions, coordinate cross-site reporting, and maintain compliance with FAA regulations, MARPA, and AS9100 guidelines.

The role requires organizing action plans, preparing required regulatory reports, and working with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely corrective actions and ongoing product safety improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in sciences, business, or technical fields or five years of related industry experience.
  • Experience in Quality Assurance or FAA regulatory environment required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret regulations and procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and basic project management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage COS activities for PMA products, FMD reporting to FAA and customers.
  • Organize, plan, track actions to complete COS and FMD corrective actions.
  • Coordinate reporting to FAA, ODA MOA Admin, and upper management.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, MARPA, and AS9100 guidelines.
  • Assist in audits, procedure development, and continuous improvement.
