Job summary

Wencor Group is seeking a results-driven program manager to oversee operational product safety programs under CFR 21.3 (PMA) and CFR 145.221 (MRO). You will drive COS and FMD processes, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely reporting to regulators and customers.

Responsibilities include establishing COS/FMD reporting streams across multiple MRO sites, liaising with ODA MOA Administrators, and maintaining compliance with FAA guidelines, MARPA and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of product design and manufacture; basic product manufacture processes.
• Knowledge of repair station operations.
• Understanding and interpretation of FAA CFRs applicable to PMA and Repair Station.
• Technical writing ability.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage COS activity for PMA product and FMD for repair stations with timely regulatory actions.
• Organize, plan and track actions to close COS and FMD corrective actions.
• Establish processes to manage FMD reporting to FAA across MRO sites.
• Report COS events to administrators and upper management; serve as COS focal point.
• Report FMD to Aviation Safety Compliance team and site personnel; coordinate actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, MARPA and AS9100 guidelines; regular process reviews.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reporting and liaise with ODA MOA Administrators and MRO Quality Manager.
• Track response times and provide trend analysis; support audits and continuous improvement.
