Job summary

The Wencor Group is seeking a Program Manager responsible for COS and FMD activities under FAA regulations across its MRO and repair stations. You will organize action tracking, coordinate timely corrective actions, and ensure reporting to the FAA and internal executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences, business or technical field or five years related experience.
• Experience in Quality Assurance or FAA with aviation regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to read, interpret regulations; strong written communication.
• Experience with COS/FMD processes and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead COS and FMD process management and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate corrective actions and track progress to closure.
• Interface with ODA MOA Administrator and executives.
• Ensure compliance with CFR 21.3 and CFR 145.221.
• Collaborate with MRO sites, suppliers and certification staff.
• Conduct regular COS/FMD process reviews and audits.
• Support development and revision of procedures and training.
