Job summary

PHI Health, the leading air medical transport provider in the United States, seeks an Internal Evaluation Auditor to conduct comprehensive HSEQ audits across our operations. You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance and Clinical teams to manage the Surveillance program and develop reporting on findings and corrective actions.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 5 years in air medical transport with FAA A&P license preferred, plus strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a minimum of 5 years in a similar Air Medical Transportation role FAA A&P license preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to prepare clear, concise reports and quality assurance documentation.
• Project management and problem-solving skills necessary.
• Industry Recognized Quality Assurance/Quality Auditor Training.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, detailed and objective audits across PHI Health bases and departments in accordance with company policies and regulatory references.
• Manage the Operational Areas Surveillance Program: coordinate schedules, findings, database updates and corrective actions.
• Ensure effectiveness of corrective actions and readdress areas where non-conformances were not implemented or effective.
• Provide technical support to bases to support compliance with company policies.
• Provide routine quality assurance trends to communicate gaps clearly and drive corrective action.
• Audit using established internal checklists and regulatory references.
• Complete audit checklists recording findings, concerns and observations.
• Stay current with content revisions to company policies, regulations and audit content.
