Responsibilities

• Handle daily shipping, receiving, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Create purchase requests and assist with product replenishment.
• Organize merchandise, stockrooms, and retail displays.
• Track customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Help improve inventory procedures to keep operations running smoothly.
• Welcome and assist aviation professionals.
• Process purchases, phone orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Operate the cash register and assist with daily sales reconciliation.
• Help customers find uniforms, luggage, and aviation accessories.
