This isn't your average retail position! You'll enjoy a variety of responsibilities, from managing inventory and processing shipments to helping airline crews find the products they need. What You'll Be Doing

Inventory & Operations

• Handle daily shipping, receiving, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

• Welcome and assist pilots, flight attendants, and other aviation professionals.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional customer service.
• Process purchases, phone orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Operate the cash register and assist with daily sales reconciliation.
• Help customers find the right uniforms, luggage, and aviation accessories.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for customers.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills.
• Previous retail, inventory, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
• Experience with CounterPoint POS is a plus, but we're happy to train!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
