SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Hiring Agency: Headquarters, Air Force Reserve Command

This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. ARTs are part of the regular career civil service and enjoy all the benefits granted to Federal employees in the competitive civil service.

Key Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is: As an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as the Plans and Integration branch first level supervisor providing technical development of assigned work force and management of wing's readiness/deployment programs. TO train reservists in the duties and responsibilities set forth herein. DUTIES: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the Plans and Integration function at base level.

Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Plans and Integration flight with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Performs logistics deliberate and adaptive planning processes.
