Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend written process specification documents.
• Familiarity with ERP systems used for labor hours and transactions.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and accessing ATP/ATR documents in Sentry File.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and alteration tasks on civil aviation articles per FAA data and manufacturers' instructions.
• Conduct preliminary, hidden-damage, in-process, and final inspections.
• Provide verbal and written status of repair progress.
• Apply sealants and adhesives as required.
• Perform complex acceptance test procedures with specific test equipment.
• Keep work areas organized and clean per 5S standards.
• Read and comprehend process specifications and schematics.
• Participate in regular team meetings (QRQC, stand-up).
• Provide on-the-job training to Assemblers, Technicians and ATP Operators.
• Use ERP for daily transactions (labor hours, close operations).
• Use Sentry File to access engineering docs (drawings, ATP, ATR).
• Use Pro Works for work instructions and related tasks.
• Adhere to Environment, Health & Safety requirements.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
