Qualifications

• Associate degree or 6 months to 1 year of related experience, or equivalent.
• Experience in aerospace, Repair Station, MRO, or project coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret technical documents and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer repair activities from induction through completion, including schedules, materials, documentation, and delivery status.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support repair activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute project schedules, status reports, action-item logs, meeting minutes, and related documentation.
• Monitor project milestones, priorities, and open actions to support timely completion.
• Travel may be required.
• No supervisory responsibilities.
