Piedmont Airlines is seeking an Instructor in the American Regional Training Department in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality classroom product to students such as managers, agents and supervisors, including vendor employees.

The successful candidate has at least one year of airline experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Some travel and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• One year of airline experience.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with all levels of management and support staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexible schedule capability.
• Manager's recommendation letter required.

Responsabilités

• Provide a quality classroom product to students including managers, agents and supervisors from stations and vendor employees.
• Teach core training including QIK Sabre, Net Tracer, Ramp – Eagle Ground Operations Manual (EGOM), Complaint Resolution Official (CRO), Jetbridge, Transfer Assist.
