Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Senior Analyst, Technical Records to manage and audit aircraft engine technical records across the asset lifecycle. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper documentation for acquisitions, overhauls, leasing, and asset sales while collaborating with customers, regulators, MROs, and internal teams.

In this role, you will audit records for FAA and EASA compliance, resolve traceability gaps, and coordinate with airlines and lessors to maintain data

Qualifications

• 3+ years of aviation technical records experience.
• Strong understanding of aircraft engine technical records and maintenance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed audits of aircraft engine technical records to ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, customer, and company requirements.
• Conduct baseline record reviews supporting engine, module, and component acquisitions, consignments, overhauls, and sales transactions.
• Manage open item lists, track record discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver complete technical records packages for leased and sold assets, including supporting documentation and marketing records packages.
• Research and resolve missing documentation, traceability gaps, and historical record discrepancies through coordination with airlines, lessors, MRO providers, and prior asset owners.
• Maintain accurate and organized information within records management systems, ensuring data integrity and document traceability.
• Support the review and validation of LLP traceability records and critical component documentation.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, regulatory representatives, and internal teams to address records inquiries, findings, and compliance requirements.
• Organize large volumes of technical documentation into logical and auditable record structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve records processes, data quality, and operational efficiency.
