Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for aircraft support equipment and facility upkeep.
• Effective Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve basic operational and equipment issues.
• Field Service experience or aptitude for working outdoors in varying weather conditions around active aircraft operations.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally with pilots, crew members, and passengers.
• Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously and adhere to aviation industry regulations.
• Comfort with operating or learning to operate ground support equipment (tugs, fuel trucks, de-icing equipment) with proper training.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in aviation, logistics, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to lift and move moderate weights and stand or walk for extended periods as part of ramp and facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily aircraft ground operations, including marshaling and parking aircraft.
• Tow aircraft and refuel as required following safety procedures.
• Perform routine ramp inspections and report any issues.
• Operate ground support equipment and assist with facility and hangar upkeep.
• Interact with flight crews, passengers, and team members to provide courteous service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure ramp environment.
• Adhere to safety procedures and aviation industry regulations during all tasks.
• Be flexible with shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as flight schedules require.
