Job summary

Menzies Aviation in the United States seeks a Duty Manager to oversee ramp supervisors, GSE maintenance and aircraft maintenance personnel, ensuring safety, resource management, and financial performance.

You will plan resource allocation, liaise with customers, produce reports, and drive improvements in safety and security while leading the station's equipment planning and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior Ramp experience required.
• Experience in Aviation industry preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and all testing.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability to the GM for health, safety, and financial performance.
• Plan resource allocation in each business unit.
• Liaise with customer representatives and internal/external agencies.
• Produce routine reports and drive improvements to working practices.
• Lead station equipment planning and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support station teams and manage safety and security initiatives.
• Occasional travel to support other stations as required.
