Job summary

Jet Aviation Milwaukee seeks a Line & Ramp Services Agent to support ground operations for arriving and departing flights. This on-site role places you at the heart of our concierge-style FBO, working closely with clients, passengers, crew, and teammates to deliver safe, efficient service.

You’ll train 4–6 weeks, then move to a shift on the 1:00pm–9:00pm block. The posted hourly salary is $20–$22, with a bonus potential up to 5% of annual pay.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
• Valid driver’s license and sense of responsibility.
• Basic English (B1+) communication skills necessary.
• At least one year of mechanical experience preferred.
• Ramp experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours in a 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform aircraft ground operations: fueling, towing, marshalling, and equipment handling.
• Deliver excellent customer service to passengers and crews with luggage and amenities.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies to safety and quality standards.
• Support safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
