Job summary

Jet Aviation Bozeman seeks a Line and Ramp Agent to support aircraft, crews and passengers with safety, precision and exceptional service in a fast-paced FBO environment at Bozeman, MT.

This on-site role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, basic English (B1+), and a flexible schedule. Ramp experience is preferred. Compensation is $23–$24 per hour, with a bonus up to 5% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Valid driver’s license and responsible attitude.
• Basic English communication (B1+)
• Courteous, respectful attitude and reliable work ethic.
• At least one year of mechanical experience preferred.
• Direct ramp experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, rain or shine.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Pride in doing things right and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely handling aircraft ground operations, including fueling, towing, marshalling, and ground support equipment.
• Delivering excellent customer service by assisting passengers and crews with luggage, transportation, and amenities.
• Maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies to high safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Supporting a strong safety-first culture by following procedures and reporting hazards.
• Handle ramp operations following top-tier safety and quality standards.
• Provide porter services — delivering luggage, cargo, and transporting crew and passengers.
• Assist with aircraft movements, including towing, pushback, marshalling, and disconnecting.
• Operate ground support equipment (GPU, water, lavatory services, etc.) with care and precision.
• Keep stocked and spotless by assisting with catering items, ice, coffee, and cleaning duties.
• Support a strong safety-first culture by actively participating in safety and quality programs.
• Report hazards, near misses, or unusual occurrences to keep operations smooth and safe.
