Belcan Corporation is seeking an R&O Test Engineer to support Aftermarket Engineering and Repair & Overhaul across avionics portfolios. The role involves maintaining automated test equipment, improving troubleshooting, and sustaining long-term product life.

Responsibilities include enhancing test systems, supporting surveillance systems, flight recorders, and EFD displays, and working with ARINC/serial data protocols. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent experience.
• Experience with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and TestStand.
• Familiarity with ARINC and serial data buses.
• Aerospace/aviation maintenance or ATE experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve automated test equipment.
• Support Aftermarket Engineering and Repair & Overhaul operations.
• Assist troubleshooting and product sustainment.
