Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies in Washington state is seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections of aircraft interior components and wiring assemblies, ensuring conformance to engineering specs and FAA regulations.

You will generate inspection reports, complete FAA and customer certification documents, and maintain FAI reports per AS9102, while coordinating with FAA DAR and improving traceability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft interior inspection or related aerospace quality role.
• Ability to read blueprints, pack slips, invoices, and other customer data.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming products for documentation and conformance to PO and engineering specs.
• Inspect aircraft wiring assemblies for compliance with design specs and regulatory standards.
• Generate receiving inspections and formal inspection reports.
• Complete FAA and customer-required certification documents.
• Create and maintain First Article Inspection (FAI) reports per AS9102.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to describe nonconforming conditions for rejected parts.
