Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a Quality Inspector in aviation, focusing on mechanical/structural components.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and inspection planning.
• Familiarity with length-measuring inspection tools and production-line methods.

Responsibilities

• Execute technical inspections in the production process for aircraft structures and systems.
• Prepare and perform visual, first article, and final inspections for compliance.
• Document inspection results in SAP-based and SAL-based IT systems with inspection marks.
• Support troubleshooting, FTPs, and quality survey requests.
• Compile non-conformance data to generate NCMS quality discrepancy sheets.
• Record inspector results in FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP systems.
