Chromalloy is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead quality inspection and assurance activities, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements. This role provides leadership, direction, and coaching to quality personnel and partners to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance, while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years QA experience in aerospace manufacturing or FAA-regulated repair.
• 2+ years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and audits.
• Experience implementing quality processes and procedures.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
• Experience interfacing with FAA representatives and regulatory agencies.
• Experience leading customer audits, regulatory audits, and corrective action programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily quality assurance and inspection activities to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop quality inspectors and technicians to drive performance and accountability.
• Serve as the primary quality interface with customers, regulatory authorities, and external auditors; maintain the Quality Management System.
• Ensure FAA Part 145 compliance and applicable aerospace regulatory standards.
• Manage the Repair Station Manual, Quality Manual, and controlled documentation systems.
• Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives for quality performance.
• Maintain traceability systems for records, materials, and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Monitor key quality metrics and implement actions to improve product quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
